Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Scaffold Qualification.
• Full driving licence; Class 2 licence advantageous.
• Valid Safety at Heights certification or willingness to refresh.
• Experience with scheduling and customer communications using systems.
• Sales ability to quote and sell scaffold services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate scaffold jobs efficiently.
• Communicate with customers on timing and requirements.
• Manage teams and adjust schedules.
• Oversee scaffold builds and sign-off completed work.
• Ensure regular inspections and compliance checks.

Our client is a successful business looking for an experienced Scaffold Manager to join their team. This has the potential to lead into a Operations Manager role for the right person with the right experience.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on management position where you will coordinate jobs, manage staff and fleet requirements, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards. You will also be expected to assist on the tools when required.

Job requirements:

• Have a minimum Level 3 Scaffold Qualification
• Full driver's licence
• Class 2 licence is very advantageous
• Hold a valid Safety at Heights certification (or willing to refresh it)
• Comfortable computing level as using systems for scheduling and customer communication
• Sales abiilty as requirement will be to quote and sell scaffold services to potential customers
