Job summary

Red Stag Timber in New Zealand’s Rotorua region is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for the Primary Processing team. You will develop and coordinate planned maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability and availability, and work closely with maintenance tradespeople and operations staff.

You will manage CMMS records, support shutdown planning, and apply preventative maintenance and reliability principles.

Qualifications

• Extensive heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• Planning both routine maintenance and major shutdowns is required.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate planned maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability and availability.
• Coordinate shutdown activities and optimise maintenance schedules across teams.
• Manage CMMS to plan, record and track maintenance work.
• Collaborate with maintenance tradespeople, supervisors and operations personnel.
