Job summary

Taska360 is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile SAP platform upgrade for a major client in New Zealand. You’ll steer enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring a fully supported SAP environment by late 2027 while maintaining business continuity throughout the journey.

You’ll coordinate SAP, vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders, build confidence, influence stakeholders, and deliver across multiple workstreams with executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large-scale enterprise ERP implementation or upgrade (SAP experience highly desirable).
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and change leadership skills.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and vendor management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology programmes with multiple workstreams and executive-level reporting.

Our customer is embarking on one of its most significant technology programmes – upgrading its SAP platform.

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead this enterprise-wide transformation through to successful delivery. The programme’s purpose is to deliver a fully supported SAP platform by late 2027 while maintaining business continuity throughout the journey.

This is a high-profile role where you’ll lead a complex programme involving SAP, vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders. Success will depend as much on your ability to build confidence, influence stakeholders and lead change as it will on your programme delivery expertise.

Location - This role is based in a North Island region so there will be travel to the customer site on a weekly / fortnightly basis with the rest of the work being done remotely.
