Job summary

Capgemini in Auckland is seeking an experienced SAP EAM/IS-U Functional Lead to drive transformation for asset-intensive and utilities clients. You will lead solution design, workshops, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement across SAP EAM/PM and IS-U domains.

You will mentor consultants, guide multi-workstream initiatives, and contribute to presales and capability building, leveraging SAP S/4HANA experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced SAP consultant with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP EAM/PM and/or SAP IS-U, with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, drive workshops, and manage stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you will lead solution design, implementation, and support initiatives across asset-intensive and utilities organisations, helping clients transform their business processes through SAP technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders, lead project workstreams, and mentor consultants while driving delivery excellence.

You will play a lead role in:
