Job summary

EY New Zealand seeks a SAP Supply Chain Lead, Senior Manager to design, implement, and manage SAP supply chain projects across EWM, TM and S/4HANA. You will lead teams, ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction, with travel to client sites as required.

Preferably Auckland-based but open to other locations in NZ or Australia, with travel to Auckland as needed. You will drive architecture, pre-sales collaboration, and strong stakeholder engagement within a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple large-scale SAP supply chain implementations.
• Deep configuration and support experience for SAP Supply Chain and Logistics apps (EWM, TM).
• Extensive SAP S/4Hana Solution Architect experience in consulting/delivery, including pre-sales through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support for SAP EWM and TM.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver SAP solutions meeting those needs and maintain client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with SAP developers for custom solutions and report project statuses to stakeholders.
• Develop project documentation, user manuals, and system guidelines; organize end-user training.

As our SAP Supply Chain Lead, Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our SAP supply chain projects. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering SAP solutions, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support for SAP EWM and TM applications.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide SAP solutions that meet those needs, and ensure clients’ satisfaction.
• Coordinate with SAP technical developers for custom-tailored solutions and regularly report project statuses to key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project documentation, user manuals, and system guidelines, and organize training sessions for end-users.

This role is preferably based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) but we are open for other location and candidates based out of Australia, with the requirement of travelling to Auckland.

• Experience in leading multiple large scale full cycle implementations.
• Extensive experience in the configuration and support of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics applications (e.g., EWM, TM).
• Extensive experience as a SAP S/4Hana Solution Architect in the Supply Chain domain, ideally within a consulting/client delivery setting including pre‑sales capacity through delivery.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and client engagements.
