Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to manage the Salesforce platform within Financial Services. The role involves leading L2/L3 support, driving incident resolution, mentoring resources, and ensuring platform stability and performance.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in IT with 3–5 years Salesforce development, strong admin/dev skills, Apex/LWC/Aura/Flows, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Hybrid work in Auckland is available and salary is indicative.

Qualifications

8–10 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in Salesforce development.
Strong Salesforce admin and development experience.
Hands-on Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Flows.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce support operations and ensure SLA compliance.
Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and production issues.
Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and support analysts.
Drive system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize support and enhancement requests.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
