Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI) seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to steer technical design and delivery for our Salesforce squad. You will design, build, and support platforms that power stores, teams, and customers across New Zealand, while mentoring the team and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead in Agile environments, champion platform architecture and integrations, and own CI/CD, automation, and release processes to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and delivery in Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and platform architecture.
• Expertise in CI/CD, automation, testing, DevSecOps, monitoring and release management.
• Experience supporting critical business systems in complex environments.

At Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI), we're looking for a Technical Lead to provide technical leadership within our Salesforce squad, helping deliver robust solutions that support our stores, teams, and customers across New Zealand. You'll be actively involved in designing, building, supporting, and improving the platforms your squad owns. Ready to make an impact? Let's build something amazing together!

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and engineering decisions across Salesforce platforms and integrations


• Stay hands-on with development, automation, CI/CD, DevSecOps, monitoring, and operational excellence


• Mentor and grow team members through design reviews, collaboration, and technical coaching


• Drive platform stability, resilience, security, and scalability


• Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
