Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Support Analyst on a 12 months fixed-term contract in Auckland. You will provide day-to-day functional support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems, ensuring stability, security and ease of use across HR, Payroll and tech partners.
You will troubleshoot issues, assist with releases, UAT, and data quality while collaborating with stakeholders, and helping drive improvements across our HR tech environment.

Join our Business Systems & Platform Team for 12 months Fixed Term Contract and play a key role in supporting and improving the technology that enables our people experience across FSNI.
As a SuccessFactors Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day functional support of our SAP SuccessFactors environment, helping ensure our HR systems are stable, reliable, secure and easy to use.
You’ll work across HR, Payroll, Technology and external support partners to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support system releases and maintain high-quality employee data.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders and making technology work better.
