Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contract role. You will optimize CRM and related revenue platforms, resolve data issues, and document business rules to support operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of CRM experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, and an ability to align system changes with billing, CPQ, and ticketing workflows in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing or CPQ.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
