Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments and excellent written and verbal English.
