Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubsSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and craft operational prompts for complex SaaS scenarios, ensuring governance and scalable CRM design.

Responsibilities include analyzing policy conflicts, reconciling data, and assessing CRM changes’ impact on billing, CPQ, and ticketing across systems.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
