Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Exposure to Salesforce across multiple companies.
• Experience delivering Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud; exposure to Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud is advantageous.
• Experience in IT/IS disciplines.
