Job summary

New Zealand Clinical Research is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the OASIS platform, managing users, security, and data quality while driving automation and reports for business growth.

You will work closely with study teams, data specialists, and external partners to implement scalable solutions and maintain best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.
• Experience administering Salesforce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Flows and platform automation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and data tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Pipeline management experience.

About the Role

Join NZCR's Digital/Platform team and take ownership of the day-to-day management, enhancement, and optimisation of our OASIS Salesforce platform. Working closely with internal study teams, data specialists, trainers, and external project teams, you'll build scalable solutions, improve user experience, and support ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities
