Qualifications

• Essential: Demonstrated experience leading and developing people within an operational, customer service, sales support or similar environment.
• Essential: Proven experience in coaching, performance management and employee development.
• Essential: Experience managing operational workloads, service levels, priorities and escalations within a deadline-driven environment.
• Essential: Strong customer focus with an understanding of how operational processes impact the customer experience.
• Essential: Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across multiple business functions.
• Essential: Experience working with processes requiring high levels of accuracy and quality control.
• Essential: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Support team, setting clear expectations for performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure service levels, KPIs and quality standards are met.
• Oversee merchant onboarding, contract administration, billing, cancellations, credits and refunds.
• Maintain accurate customer, merchant and contract information and manage escalations.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to resolve complex issues.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of approved improvements within the team.
