Job summary

Verifone is seeking a Team Leader Sales Support in Wellington to lead the Sales Support team and ensure accurate, timely delivery of onboarding, contract administration and billing services. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure service levels align with business objectives.

• Experience leading operational teams in customer service or sales support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Support team, setting clear performance expectations.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance conversations with team members.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs and service quality are met and improved.
• Oversee merchant onboarding, contract administration and billing processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Services and Finance to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
