Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand in Wellington City is seeking a Sales Consultant to build consultative conversations with customers across inbound, outbound and digital channels. You will use your frontline retail, hospitality or customer service experience to navigate complex needs, stay resilient in a fast-paced environment, and ensure compliant, quality service.

This full‑time role offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus commission, a Monday–Friday 40‑hour week, paid training from day one,
