Job summary

Soung Yueen & Co Ltd is seeking a Sales Representative to provide sales support and drive growth across Auckland with on-site client visits, potentially some travel to the regions. A company vehicle and tools of the trade will be provided to succeed.

The role requires understanding of Asian food products, strong communication in Mandarin and English, and experience in customer service or sales. Travel within Auckland and regional trips may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Have a strong understanding of the Asian food product line, including cuisines, ingredients, preparation method and cultural significance.
• Perform retail store visitation according to the planned call frequency to promote a diverse range of Asian food products to clients.
• Able to input the relationship between product nutrition information and product market value to clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to communicate our product advantages, effectively influencing client's purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer services and logistics) to coordinate promotional activities, optimize product availability, and enhance overall customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
• Gather feedback from clients and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of products and services.

This role requires driving and performing on-site visitation between a number of clients in a day across Auckland with potentially some travel to the regions. The successful applicant will be provided a company vehicle along with tools of the trade including mobile phone and tablet to succeed.

Key responsibilities

Have a strong understanding of the Asian food product line, including cuisines, ingredients, preparation method and cultural significance.

Perform retail store visitation according to the planned call frequency to promote a diverse range of Asian food products to clients.

Able to input the relationship between product nutrition information and product market value to clients.

About you
