Job summary

REANNZ Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Partnerships & Engagement team. This role exists to enable account managers to focus on customer relationships by handling coordination, follow-up actions, sales administration and internal organisation.

Primarily internal, the role does not require direct customer-facing sales. It will provide operational leverage to drive retention, growth and strategic engagement across

• Experience in sales coordination or administration.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate actions and follow-up across the sales team.
• Track and monitor outstanding tasks and commitments.
• Organise meetings and team activities.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, contract preparation and reporting.
• Improve workflow, organisation and internal team effectiveness.
• Act as the central coordination point within the Partnerships & Engagement function.
