Qualifications
- Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering background.
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
- People management experience would be a plus.
- Willing to travel at least 20%.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Growth: deliver targeted strategies to exceed revenue goals in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Strengthen Customer Partnerships: build trusted relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
- Provide Expert Clinical Support: ensure flawless case preparation and operation of proprietary hardware.
- Drive Education & Adoption: organize professional training events to accelerate product uptake.
- Optimize Operations: manage stock, expenses and reporting to remain compliant.
- Launch Innovations: lead new product introductions and coordinate trials to position as a market leader.
