Job summary

Nylon in Auckland CBD is seeking a natural communicator to contact professional law and accounting firms, and to set up meetings for our team. Based in our Auckland Central office, you’ll receive comprehensive training on our AI tools and ongoing coaching on client conversations.

No specific degree required; attitude matters and you’ll work with a fast-moving, high-performing team using cutting-edge technology.

Nylon builds AI tools that are changing how lawyers and accountants work. We're trusted by 2,000+ firms across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, from the biggest firms in the world to small specialist practices.

We're growing our team and looking for someone who's a natural communicator. Your job is to contact professional law and accounting firms, converse with the people who make decisions there, and set up meetings for our team.

You'll be based in our Auckland Central office, given everything you need to get started, plus proper training and ongoing coaching on our AI tools and how to talk to clients well. Our products are new and quite complex, so a big part of the job early on is learning how they work and why our clients love them.

About you

You don't need a particular degree or any work experience. What matters is your attitude. You're motivated, extremely focused, you bounce back when things don't go your way, and you're good at talking to people and getting your point across. Our team moves fast, so you'll need to enjoy learning quickly.
