Ashley & Martin Hamilton is seeking a Consultant to guide new patients through treatment options, convert enquiries into treatment programs and build long-term relationships with an established patient base.

This role offers uncapped commission, existing patient flow, and the support of an established clinic with structured hours, backed by a brand with more than 60 years’ experience. You will contribute to meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in consultative sales or a sales-focused customer service role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured consultations to understand patient needs and goals.
• Explain suitable treatment programs clearly.
• Guide patients through the decision and enrolment process.
• Achieve clinic sales, conversion and retention targets.
• Follow up enquiries and prospective patients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients.
• Monitor patient experience and address concerns.
• Coordinate appointments with the medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient and payment records.
• Support day-to-day operation of the clinic.

The role

As the Consultant for our Hamilton clinic, you will take ownership of the patient experience from the initial consultation through to ongoing treatment support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting structured consultations to understand each patient’s needs and goals

Clearly explaining suitable treatment programs

Guiding patients confidently through the decision and enrolment process

Achieving clinic sales, conversion and retention targets

Following up enquiries and prospective patients

Building strong relationships with new and existing patients

Monitoring the patient experience and addressing concerns

Coordinating appointments and consultations with our medical team

Maintaining accurate patient and payment records

Supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the clinic

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

You are commercially confident, credible and comfortable discussing personal concerns with empathy and professionalism.

You will bring:

At least two years’ experience in consultative sales or a sales-focused customer service role

A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The confidence to guide customers through considered purchasing decisions

A professional, empathetic and patient-focused approach

Experience using CRM and business systems
