Job summary

Farmers Albany Home in Auckland's Albany is seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to lead the department and drive sales across fashion, homeware and nursery. This permanent full-time role involves hands-on leadership, weekend work and flexible early starts and late nights as part of the management roster.

You will coach and motivate the team, liaise with visual merchandising, deliver promotions, and build a strong customer service culture while maintaining stock control and loss

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Department Manager medium to large store)
• Strong sales coaching competence – proven ability in coaching for sales improvement
• Excellent team management experience – can motivate and coach a team to improve sales results

Responsibilities

• Liaise with VM to ensure visual elements are in place before store opening

We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to join our experienced and passionate Albany Home management team!

As theSales and Service Manager you will:
