Qualifications

• Ability to create clear, commercial copy with a friendly tone.

Job description

We are a small (9 staff including you) but perfectly formed business importing and wholesaling swimming pool products. As we are small we need an all-rounder who can look after customers and keep our marketing moving. This is not a marketing-only role. You will answer the phone, help with day-to-day sales, run our weekly communications and specials, maintain our BigCommerce website, and various ad hoc marketing and design jobs.

About you

A practical all-rounder with a marketing bent and a good personality

A sense of humour

Comfortable on the phone and in person and happy dealing with customers

Organised enough to run a weekly comms and specials rhythm without being chased

Competent with email marketing tools, and spreadsheets

Experience with an e-commerce platform - BigCommerce is a plus; Shopify or similar is transferable

Typically 2-6 years in a small or mid-sized environment

The ability to play nice with others and work within a team environment is paramount
