Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP.
• Advanced Excel and ideally Power BI capability.
• Strong commercial thinking around inventory, service, cost and value.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
• Confidence to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• Interest in process improvement and building better ways of working.
• 5+ years’ experience; strong candidates with 3+ years considered.
• Experience across supply, production, inventory or integrated planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply planning across the network.
• Connect crop outlook, packout, inventory, capacity, logistics and demand priorities.
• Lead the Supply Review within the S&OP cycle with scenarios and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate across the business to improve planning decisions and responsiveness.
• Shape and embed planning standards, governance and visibility.
• Develop scenarios, constraints and better use of SAP IBP, Excel and Power BI.
