Responsive Group Inc. is seeking an Registered Practical Nurse for a regular part-time role in a Long Term Care setting. The RPN reports to the Nurse Manager and provides clinical leadership for safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

The position requires current CNO registration as an RPN, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team to meet resident goals and uphold dignity and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Current General Class registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to practice in alignment with CNO standards and guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, compassionate person-centered nursing care aligned with residents' rights.
• Complete nursing assessments, recognize changes in condition, and update care plans with the team.
• Communicate changes to residents/SDMs and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation per CNO standards and Home policy.
• Administer medications and treatments safely following policies and procedures.
