You will build a versatile foundation in global civil construction and geospatial technology operations by leading impactful projects across Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering. This program provides broad executive visibility, continuous mentorship, and a structured post-program placement pathway tailored to your career goals.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of one relevant internship or up to three years of professional experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, or positioning solutions.
Strong adaptability, critical thinking skills, and self-motivation to navigate shifting priorities and drive projects forward independently.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with full legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
Bonus Points For Familiarity with construction or mapping software and experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools.
Recent leadership involvement within a university environment or professional community.
