Event hospitality & entertainment Limited in Rotorua is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

You'll replace linens and amenities, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and respond to guest requests with professionalism. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred; valid work rights in New Zealand are required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical fitness to manage a physically demanding role.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Must have valid work rights in New Zealand (We are unable to sponsor this role).

As a Room Attendant at Rydges Rotorua, you will join the wider Housekeeping Department, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager. This role is a fundamental part of hotel operations in a busy property, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
