Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Room Attendant for Ramada Wanaka. The role involves keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable and well-maintained, with a focus on high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

You will join a team delivering excellent service in a welcoming environment. The position requires a flexible roster that includes weekends, evenings and public holidays; prior hotel housekeeping experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience desirable but not essential.
• No formal qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms.
• Carry out daily housekeeping tasks as part of the Housekeeping Department.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and respond to guest needs.
• Work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
