Travel + Leisure Co. operates Wyndham's Ramada Resort Wanaka. We are seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas.

The role requires a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays, with emphasis on delivering excellent guest service and high cleaning standards. Prior hotel experience is desirable, but not essential; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hotel position is desirable.
• No formal qualifications required.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Motivated with a good eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service.

What You'll Bring
