Pullman Auckland is seeking Housekeeping Team Members to help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards. Your attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and pride in your work will welcome guests into a comfortable environment.

Role foundations include carrying out cleaning duties, servicing rooms and public spaces to brand standards, stocking guest supplies and providing friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and energetic for an active role.
• Keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation.
• Able to work a rotational roster including weekends.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties.
• Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards.
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness.
• Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
