Job summary

Farnsworth Roofing 2018 Limited is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead by example, deliver quality work and get the best from the team in New Plymouth. The role requires proven leadership, metal roofing expertise, and a strong focus on safety and client communication.

The Foreman will plan, organise and oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high workmanship standards and timely delivery while maintaining a safe work site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience in metal roofing; membrane roofing is an advantage.
• Ability to plan, organise and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Holds a current New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Can communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Reliable, motivated and takes ownership of their work.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical assessment and drug test.

We're seeking experienced Roofing Foreman who:

• Have proven experience in metal roofing (membrane roofing experience would be an advantage)
• Have proven leadership and team management experience
• Can effectively plan, organise and oversee roofing projects from start to finish

• Have a strong commitment to health and safety
• Holds a current New Zealand drivers' licence
