Qualifications

• Experience in asset management planning within a transportation, roading, infrastructure, or local government environment.
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles, lifecycle planning and data management.
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Roading and Transportation asset management systems.
• Lead the development and delivery of the Transportation Activity Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with NZ Transport Agency requirements and Audit NZ standards.
• Coordinate the annual Roading and Transport asset revaluation process.
• Oversee asset condition assessment programmes and data quality.
• Deliver accurate and timely internal and external asset performance reporting.
