Alliance Extra Staff in Christchurch is seeking an motivated and reliable Offsider to support a Truck Driver on roading projects. The role involves day-to-day tasks, occasional truck movement, and working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

Applicants should hold a NZ Class 2 licence with NZ driving experience, be physically fit, reliable, and able to work 10-hour shifts with early starts. Pre-employment drug tests will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 2 Driver Licence with proven NZ driving experience.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and not afraid of manual labour.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Able to work 10-hour days with early starts.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Truck Driver with day-to-day duties on roading projects.
• Move trucks as required on site.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
