Qualifications

• RMO rostering and administration experience (desired)
• Organised and proactive administrative skills
• Stakeholder liaison experience (RMOs, Operations Managers, Payroll)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain RMO rosters, including roster changes and leave cover
• Support RMO orientation programmes and onboarding activities
• Liaise with RMOs, Operations Managers, Service Leaders, Payroll and other key stakeholders
• Help ensure accurate roster records, timely payroll information and continuity of service
• Provide flexible administrative support across the RMO Unit as required
