As a Resident Doctor Coordinator, you will oversee the daily coordination of our RMO workforce. Your responsibilities will include rostering, leave management, recruitment advice, career guidance, run allocations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role ensures that RMOs are supported in their employment and training while maintaining seamless staffing for our services.
