Job summary

Planet Pharma in Denmark is seeking an experienced Risk Coordinator for a nine-month contract to support CQV activities and startup on a large pharmaceutical project. The role emphasizes safe execution, robust risk management, and a strong safety culture on-site.

You will lead risk assessments, review RAMS and safe systems of work, support commissioning teams, ensure Permit to Work and LOTO compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-risk activities safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in EHS, risk management or CQV in pharma projects.
• Expertise in risk assessment facilitation and hazard identification.
• Experience with Permit to Work, LOTO and safe systems of work.
• Familiar with GMP-regulated environments and CQV startup tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate risk assessments across project workstreams.
• Review RAMS and safe systems of work; provide EHS guidance.
• Support commissioning and qualification teams in risk mitigation.
• Ensure Control of Work processes are implemented on site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safe high-risk activities.
