Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Functional Service Partnerships (CFSP) Project Manager to provide financial and contractual oversight for assigned global projects. You will ensure accurate reporting within timelines and collaborate with Contracts, Legal and Pricing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Experience in a CRO or Pharma in a PM-type capacity
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end activities and provide global variance explanations for forecast Revenue recognition
• Oversee invoicing for fees and expenses for all projects
• Backlog phasing and adjustments for all projects
• Conduct monthly reviews and analyses of projects, including revenue recognition and variances
• Monitor project activity against contract terms to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with operational teams on contract preparation and alignment with legal/pricing
• Coordinate with Project/Global Finance to implement process improvements
• Prepare for monthly reviews and defend financial performance in finance calls
• Attend Operational Reviews and share finance results and key messages
• Support reporting deliverables and guidance tools for operations
