Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a CFSP Project Manager to take financial and contractual oversight of global projects. You will ensure accurate monthly reporting, revenue recognition, and timely invoicing while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers.

You should have a Bachelor's degree and CRO/Pharma PM experience, plus strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end activities and explain variances to forecast.
• Revenue recognition for all projects in the portfolio.
• Oversee invoicing for fees and expenses.
• Backlog phasing and adjustments for all projects.
• Review project performance, contract opportunities, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Monitor activity against contract terms for compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure contract consistency.
• Coordinate with finance and pricing to improve processes.
• Prepare for monthly reviews and defend financial performance.
• Support customer reporting deliverables and deadlines.
• Investigate aged debt and assist in timely payments.
