Job summary

KPMG New Zealand seeks a Risk Evaluation Coordinator to support client delivery teams with accurate, efficient risk management and documentation. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until March 2027, with base in Auckland or Wellington offices.

The role requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams. You will help identify and manage risks early, support engagement setup, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in KPMG systems,

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, business support or customer service.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support client delivery staff effectively.
• Ensure accurate recording of records and client documentation.
• Assist with engagement setup and onboarding within systems.
• Review and offboard clients as needed.
• Prepare documentation for client risk evaluation submissions.
• Keep up-to-date with risk policies and timelines.
