Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is looking for a Consulting Graduate to join the Risk Consulting team in Auckland. You’ll collaborate with client teams on workshops, support engagement reviews, and contribute to risk governance while learning how consulting services are delivered across service lines.

You’ll be part of BOOST!, our Graduate Development Programme, starting with the national cohort and building capability, confidence, and a career foundation in your first year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in listed fields with strong academic performance.
• Collaborative mindset with colleagues across the team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client teams to deliver workshops, meetings and project activities.
• Support engagement reviews across service lines.
• Contribute to risk management and governance processes.
• Support planning and delivery of consulting engagements and milestones.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand value of consulting.
• Assist in proposals and networking events to grow your professional network.
