Job summary

KPMG NZ is offering an entry-level opportunity in Risk Consulting through BOOST!, our Graduate Development Programme. You’ll join diverse project teams, assist with workshops, reviews, and client engagements while building broad consulting skills.

The programme starts with an induction week, mentorship from divisional leaders, and networking opportunities across Aotearoa. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is included to welcome you to the firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in one of the listed fields with strong academic performance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused attitude and strong communication.
• Willingness to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client teams to help deliver workshops, meetings and project activities, gaining real-world consulting experience.
• Learn how Consulting services are delivered by supporting engagement reviews across various service lines.
• Contribute to risk management and governance processes, including capturing insights and supporting decision-making.
• Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, helping shape work programmes and project milestones.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand what great consulting looks like in practice.
• Get involved in business development by supporting proposals and attending networking events to build your professional network.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in Business, Commerce, Management, International Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Law or Science
