Qualifications

• Are working towards a Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance, or another major, which meets the pre-requisites for a Chartered Accountancy qualification.
• Seeking a candidate aligned with Chartered Accountancy prerequisites and graduate pathway.

Responsibilities

• Financial Preparation: Tax returns, GST/FBT, and respond to IRD queries; reconcile ledgers.
• Management Accounting: Assist with income projections and business investment research.
• Support and Secondment: Aid senior staff on larger assignments and manage trusts/partnerships.
• Client Management: Respond to queries, identify value-added opportunities, and maintain relationships.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to improvements.
• Learning and Development: Enhance accounting software skills and participate in proposal development.
