Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an enthusiastic IT/Radiology support specialist to maintain and support the RIS, PACS, and digital imaging equipment across Middlemore Hospital and Manukau Health Park. You will join the PACS Team, addressing day-to-day queries, troubleshooting, and assisting with user training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clinical radiology experience or IT experience in a relevant environment.
• Intermediate-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the RIS, PACS, and digital imaging equipment across the service.
• Be the go-to for day-to-day system queries and troubleshooting.
• Support clinical staff and assist with training new users.
