Job summary

Rob Law Max Recruitment – Wellington CBD is seeking a capable Revit Technician. The role is based in Wellington, with a strong focus on collaboration in a team environment and a minimum of five years' experience in architectural drafting.

You will develop your design, drafting and documentation skills from concept design through to construction on mixed-use, residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficient in Revit with expert level.
• Strong knowledge of NZ Building Code and NZS 3604.
• NZ work rights are required.
• Excellent drafting, design and documentation skills.

Rob Law Max Recruitment – Wellington Central, North Island

Wellington-based or soon to relocate to the capital? A collaborative architectural business with a reputation for high quality commercial projects, medium to high desity residential and office fit out projects, have an immediate need for a capable Revit Technician to join them.

This position is ideally suited to an Architectural Technician who is very confident in their Revit capability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Able to demonstrate a minimum of five years' experienceand eager to further develop your design, drafting and documentation skills from concept design through to construction.

This position provides the opportunity to build on your current skills in a business that promotes professional and personal development.

Requirements:

• You must have current legal rights to work in New Zealand.
• Proven experience in commercial architechtural drafting on Revit.
• Expert proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and NZS 3604, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent conceptual, spatial, and visual digital design skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and project teams.
