Job summary

RobLawMax Recruitment seeks a capable Revit Technician in Wellington, NZ, to join a collaborative architectural practice delivering high quality commercial projects and select residential/office fit-outs. The role requires a minimum of five years' Revit experience and a willingness to grow skills from concept through construction.

Candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand and demonstrate strong NZ Building Code knowledge, client collaboration, and detailed documentation capabilities

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in commercial architectural drafting.
• Expert proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and NZS 3604, regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent conceptual, spatial and visual design skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and project teams.
