Job summary

Stantec's Buildings team in New Zealand seeks a Revit Designer to support digital design delivery across projects. You will prepare and manage drawings, develop digital models, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Bring NZ CAD/Drafting qualifications, advanced Revit skills, and at least 3 years' experience in building services with a leadership component.

Qualifications

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects.
• Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework.
• Strong leadership skills including mentoring and technical coaching.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• 3 years' experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.

As a Revit Designer, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of our digital design work. You'll continue to build your technical capability while taking on responsibility across a variety of projects and working closely with our wider team. Day to day, you'll prepare and manage drawings for our building services projects, develop digital models and documentation, and collaborate with internal and external design teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What you'll bring:
