Stantec is seeking a Revit Designer in New Zealand to join our Buildings team and contribute to end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to construction and operation. The role focuses on building services for data centres and healthcare facilities, leveraging CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods, with a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

About The Role

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand delivers end-to-end projects for our clients, from feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning, and operation. With a strong focus on mission‑critical facilities such as data centres and healthcare environments, our team of 100 specialists brings together expertise across mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical, structural, and sustainability engineering. We’re proud to design with people in mind, placing user needs at the centre of every project.

What You’ll Bring

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field
• Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects
• Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework
• Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
• 3 years’ experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities
