Job summary

Millennium Food and Beverage & Resort, Manuels Taupó is seeking a capable and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of staff engaged in retail sales and customer-service operations.

This is a hands-on supervisory position that combines team coordination, stock control, sales processing, product presentation and general oversight of the assigned retail area.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant retail or customer-service experience.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate and provide direction to staff.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Experience handling enquiries, complaints and service issues.
• Familiar with stock control, pricing and product presentation.
• Able to work rosters including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Allocate duties and monitor performance.
• Assist with rostering and staff coverage.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate priorities.
• Train and coach staff on customer service and sales.
• Monitor till accuracy and process payments.
• Manage stock levels and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe retail environment.
