MISSION

This Store Manager role plays a pivotal part in achieving commercial objectives and enhancing brand awareness and desirability in New Zealand The role will be responsible for:

• Management of the store target by constantly monitoring sales performances through the main KPIs analysis, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Area Manager
• Support the Area Manager in creating market growth in the long term, managing partnership and commercial relationships within the whole local market
• Ensure the right store merchandising assortment of products is on offer
• Manage the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales
