Mountain Warehouse in Blenheim is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, leading daily operations and building a high‑performing team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll drive training, maintain high visual standards, manage stock and loss prevention, recruit and develop staff, and ensure clear, transparent communication across the store. This is a permanent, full‑time role with a focus on customer satisfaction.
